The rules shall come into force w.e.f. 2021.

The Regulations inscribed here are subject to amendment/change and repletion by the competent authority. Rules & Regulations for all offered courses of the Micro Air shall be applicable as under:-

• Modules: All courses segments are being taught here is called as Modules and shall come into force w.e.f. 2020.
• Pre-requisite means a course required to provide basic knowledge to students. Any student failing in pre-requisite cannot take next module.
• Competent Authority means authority of the Micro Air specified as Chief Executive.
• “Institute” means Micro Air
• “Short Course Training” means short course consists on 2-5 days minimum training or consist on max 8 months course training

• Admissions in various courses under modules system shall be governed by the admission policy laid down by the Institute. Admissions shall be made on the basis of criteria as per defined in rules
• Total Seats under each class is 15.
• Number of seats cannot be increased without the approval of the Competent Authority.
• Number of classes/session may increase/decrease as per availability of resources.
• Any Local nationals or foreigner, the candidates who have passed Secondary School/Higher Secondary School/University graduate (A Level/O level / Matric / ICS / FSc / FA / MBBS / Diploma Holder) or higher any degree or any equivalent examination/certification shall be eligible for admission.
• The Student who belongs to concerned degree holder or as present student of concerned degree will be most preferable for admission in applicable course.
• Any student, who was rusticated, expelled, or whose entry in the Institute was banned for any reason whatsoever at any time during his/her academic career, shall not be admitted to any class without the permission of the Competent Authority.
• No age limit for any course.
• Admission in Multiple Courses: (Clause 7 is Applicable)
• Change of Course after admission:
  • A student who has applied in any course and admitted in the same course, if he/she wants to transfer his/her admission to other course and in which he/she has not applied but seats are still lying vacant, can be transferable.
  • The student may be allowed to change the course within one week after the commencement of the 1st Module. No change of course shall be allowed beyond this time limit.
  • Admission fee shall be adjusted according to the fee schedule of new course.
  • Change of course shall be charged extra 10 % as per fee schedule.
  • If seats completed in any class, a new class can be created for the relevant short course.
  • The candidate who has been accepted for admission will be required to produce some original documents at the time of first attendance at Micro Air with paid fee challan.
  • If any student wants individual class in relevant course, may be allowed as per fee/timetable schedule and with the prior approval of competent authority. Extra fee may have imposed.

• Certificate in Basic Computing & Information Technology
  Eligibility:

  Candidate who have passed Secondary School/Higher Secondary School/University graduate (A Level/O level/ Matric/ ICS/ FSc/ FA/ Diploma /MBBS / Holder/BA/BSc/BS/MBA/MIT/MCS/ MA/MSc) or any equivalent examination/certification shall be eligible for admission.

  Duration: 4 Months , Modules: 6
• Certificate in Advance Computer Programing
  Eligibility:

  Candidate who have passed Secondary School/Higher Secondary School/University graduate (A Level/O level/ Matric/ ICS/ FSc/ FA/ Diploma /MBBS / Holder/BA/BSc/BS/MBA/MIT/MCS/ MA/MSc) or any equivalent examination/certification shall be eligible for admission.

  Duration: 4 Months , Modules: 6
• Computer Networking (CISCO Certified Network Associate)
  Eligibility:

  Candidate who have passed Secondary School/Higher Secondary School/University graduate (A Level/O level/ Matric/ ICS/ FSc/ FA/ Diploma /MBBS / Holder/BA/BSc/BS/MBA/MIT/MCS/ MA/MSc) or any equivalent examination/certification shall be eligible for admission.

  Duration: 4 Months , Modules: 6
• Certificate in Computer Hardware Technologies
  Eligibility:

  Candidate who have passed Secondary School/Higher Secondary School/University graduate (A Level/O level/ Matric/ ICS/ FSc/ FA/ Diploma /MBBS / Holder/BA/BSc/BS/MBA/MIT/MCS/ MA/MSc) or any equivalent examination/certification shall be eligible for admission.

  Duration: 4 Months , Modules: 6
• Botox (Basic Technique) - Medical Aesthetics
  Eligibility:

  Candidate who have passed MBBS/DPT/FCPS or any relevant degree or diploma program) or any equivalent examination/certification shall be eligible for admission.

  Duration:

• Fillers (Basic Technique) -Medical Aesthetics
  Eligibility:

  Candidate who have passed MBBS/DPT/FCPS or any relevant degree or diploma program) or any equivalent examination/certification shall be eligible for admission.

• Thread Lifting - Medical Aesthetics
  Eligibility:

  Eligibility:

• Hydra Facials - Medical Aesthetics
  Eligibility:

• BB Glow Therapy - Medical Aesthetics
  Eligibility:

  Candidate who have passed MBBS/DPT/FCPS or any relevant degree or diploma program) or any equivalent examination/certification shall be eligible for admission.

• Exosome Facial Rejuvenation - Medical Aesthetics
  Eligibility:

• Nutrition Therapy - Medical Aesthetics
  Eligibility:

  Candidate who have passed MBBS/DPT/FCPS or any relevant degree or diploma program) or any equivalent examination/certification shall be eligible for admission.

• Micro needling - Medical Aesthetics
  Eligibility:

  Candidate who have passed MBBS/DPT/FCPS or any relevant degree or diploma program) or any equivalent examination/certification shall be eligible for admission.

• Digital Marketing & Social Media

• Web Design, Development & Digital Marketing

• The scheme of studies and syllabi of various courses shall be developed and recommended by the experts of Institute by the approval of the competent authority. Such courses and their syllabi shall become effective from the date of approval by the experts and developers of Institute.
• The students will pursue the notified scheme of studies to be approved by the Competent Authority from time to time.

• A student may be allowed to get admission in more than one course.

• A student may withdrawal a course during any module. College will not refund any fee after withdrawal during course. If student leave from Institute without any intimation and don’t come back. For this Activity college will not be responsible & No Fee will be refunded.
• In case of provision of false documents & information may cause admission failure during & after completion if course training. Cancel of certificate after course completion may possible after review. No submitted fee will be refunded.

• Re-organization of course according to the requirements or availability of classes shall be permissible during the modules. No registration fee shall be charged for readmission at Institute. Only Course fee will be charged.
• If student intimate the Institute within one week after admission to freeze his course for next session of course can be possible. Fee will not be refund in this case and fee will be adjusted in next session of course. If student change course fee may increase or decrease according to course.

• A student may discontinue his studies by seeking any module break due to illness.
• A student may also discontinue under the circumstances beyond his control, in each case on a written application by the student.
• A student who seeks discontinuation shall have to enroll in the course offered as per course at that time.
• Discontinuation shall not be allowed for more than one (1) Month. After one (1) month student shall be considered as terminated from course and no fee shall be refunded.
• A student who is seeking leaves without intimations may be considered as terminated after 20 days. He/she may take readmission in same module as per schedule at that time.
• The Student who submitted registration fee for any short course, will not be refunded if Student did not attend training session and time has elapsed more than one (1) months.
• In case of Health related courses including the hands on short trainings. The cost of medicines or consumable equipment specially any liquid which are being used in hand on particle training will not be refund in case if student claim with 20 days after registration just remaining amount will be refunded. The cost of equipment will be deducted as per equipment cost only remaining amount will be refunded.

Fee structure has been designed separately for all courses. Competent authority has the rights reserved to amend the fee structure any time but currently studying students at Institute or those who are applied for admission and submitted fee with old fee pattern will be exempted from new amendments.

All rules & Regulations will be imposed on all students.
